Had the best experience and love my nails!! I called and needed an appointment for the next morning for prom. Came in with no idea what I wanted to do. Changed the color of my toe nails twice to match my dress better. I am pretty sure her name was Lee and she was so patient and kind! She did an amazing job and I will for sure be coming again!

Amazing! Immediately was greeted and seated to get acrylics. The woman finished very fast and gave me the perfect shape I wanted! Worked very delicate with my hands and absolutely NO nicks, like many other salons that leave your fingers bleeding. The service was amazing and I absolutely love my nails.Acrylic nails

Critical:Quality,ValueI brought in a picture of what I wanted (leaves on one nail for fall) and was told she could do it by the person I spoke to first. Then when the person who was actually doing my nails came over, she said she couldn’t. So I asked if there was a fall design she could do. She said yes and walked away. When she came back she started on my fingers. Half way through, when I asked about the design she pulled out stickers. I asked if she could do anything in polish and she told me no. I didn’t want a chincy sticker that in no way matched the colors I picked (burgundy and white sparkles) so I told her no thanks, just do that nail in the sparkles like the other 2 (now the pointer, middle, and ring fingers). Then, the sparkles barely exist. The picture I showed her more than once the nail is nothing but sparkles. What I got is a white nail with a couple sparkles. The nail work is good, however each time I have made an appointment I have had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. I got my nails done last night and had one break which is unusual, but I came in to get it fixed. Everyone stared at me like I was retarded as soon as I walked in “what you need” was the first thing said to me and then I was soaking off one nail for an hour while 3 walk ins were being serviced far before me… I’ve been getting my nails done my entire life to know it’s takes 15 mins to soak and 10 mins (maximum) to fix ONE

they always do an amazing job! super nice staff and the establishment is very clean. I always leave very satisfied with what I get. this time around was a gel manicure but I’ve gotten acrylics from there in the past ! left is acrylic and right is gel.

I had a great experience. We had pedicures booked for four people. They took us all at once and on time. I got gel for my pedicure and they turned out great! The nail technician did a wonderful job and was friendly. The spa was clean and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Eh. They were 45 minutes late for my appointment. The woman who did my nails kept leaving and answering her phone. She didn’t shape or clean up my nails well, and the “hand massage” lasted about 15 seconds…for both hands. However. Tracy did my pedicure and she was great. Quiet, but nice and gave a really relaxing leg massage. All together, definitely not worth the $90. It’s a bummer because it came highly recommended; I wouldn’t pay for that again though.
