Ingredients For A Caramel Apple Moscow Mule

For specific amounts, please refer to the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • caramel vodka
  • fresh apple cider, chilled
  • fresh lime juice
  • ginger beer – chilled (I love the spiciness of Fever-Tree)
  • ground cinnamon
  • 2-4 cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
  • apple slices (for garnish)

How To Make a Fall Moscow Mule

Whipping up this Caramel Apple Moscow Mule takes less than 5 minutes.

  1. For a seasonal Moscow Mule, simply combine the vodka, apple cider, and lime juice in a shaker. You don’t want to add the ginger beer to the shaker because it will lose its carbonation.
  2. Fill two copper mugs with crushed ice, add the co*cktail mixture between them, and top off each mug with chilled ginger beer. Garnish your fall Moscow Mules with cinnamon sticks, and apple slices!

Need A Mocktail Version?

To make a non-alcoholic Caramel Apple Moscow Mule, simply omit the vodka and add a little caramel syrup (ginger beer like root beer, does NOT contain alcohol) and follow the same recipe serving over ice in a copper mug. Squeeze a lime wedge for a zesty twist. Garnish with apple slices and a dash of cinnamon for a refreshing mocktail that captures the essence of a classic Moscow Mule without the alcohol.

How To Serve a Caramel Apple Moscow Mule

You can serve these co*cktails in a classiccopper Moscow Mule mug, but totally not necessary. The icy cold copper mug keeps this libation perfectly chilled, something you can’t really pull off in a glass. The bonus is that they’re beyond easy to make! No muddling, just shake, pour, and enjoy!

Enjoyaround a bonfire or pregame tailgating with a big bowl of chili……even Thanksgiving dinner. It’s a taste of fall in every sip.
