@MR_Roberts_INC Personally I’m having trouble coming up with anything I could do even with a cheapo AC-capable battery bank that I can’t do with my USB-only ones or w/ ice packs. Last outage I tried powering my cable modem, but the Comcast gear didn’t have power.

@Xfinity when I used to work @TWCable if we went to a service call and didn’t fix it we would have to go back the SAME DAY. You should practice more of that.

@Xfinity just had a tech here today that didn’t fix the issue and that was after my first appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge and now you can’t send someone again until I go back to work. Customer service is dead and this is why.

@Xfinity i have been without internet and cable for over 3 hours. I was told it’d be resolved by 1:23am. Any call I make ends automatixally before I can get any resolution to when it’ll actually be fixed. Absolute dogsh*t.

I've figured out that I can set my PC to be the priority device on the WiFi while I'm streaming. So unless Comcast takes a dump (still likely) I shouldn't get such bad connection issues anymore

Internet issues all the time throttling at 11PM at night, packet loss during the day and the worst customer service i've ever encountered. You guys hold a Guinness world record in all these categories for the absolute worst @Xfinity
