What colors does the iPhone 15 come in?

Like any year, Apple has different colors for the regular iPhones and the Pro-branded iPhones. Usually, Apple goes for fresh and youthful colors for the regular iPhones, and the Pro ones get more serious and pro-looking colors that are slightly darker and not that vibrant. And that's true this year as well.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus colors

All in all, we have five color options available for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. We have the pretty standard Black color option, complemented by some fresh and youthful-looking hues: Green, Pink, Blue, and Yellow.

Black is quite the standard option for the regular iPhones, and it has been around for quite some time now. It's ideal for people who don't want their iPhone to stand out too much.

There's one improvement here though, and it's the finish. Apple used a process called dual ion exchange which creates a beautiful textured matte finish. The frame and Apple logo are painted in a matching dark grey hue for a cohesive look.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus in Yellow

The yellow version of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus is less saturated than what we've seen from yellow iPhones in previous years. The color is subdued but still looks polished and premium with a touch of youthful-ness to it.

The yellow is ideal for anyone looking for a touch of interesting color without too much vibrancy. The Apple logo and the frame of the phone are again painted in a similar hue to match, for a sophisticated look.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus in Green

"For those particularly interested in light and spring-inspired aesthetics, the iPhone 15 green hue offers a refreshing option among its color lineup. The green iPhone 15 strikes a perfect balance with its fresh and youthful appeal, featuring a color that's vibrant without being overly saturated.

It looks sophisticated and quite polished, and won't stand out as much as would a bright green color option. A matching frame and Apple logo complete the look. And on top of that, given the lightness of this color, you won't be fearing fingerprint smudges at all.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus in Pink

Since earlier this year, we've been hearing rumors about a light pink variant for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. All of you excited for the iPhone 15 pink color have been rewarded. This option is offering a subdued yet premium look for enthusiasts.

Again it's quite subdued as a color (nothing too vibrant or crazy about how Apple does pink), and it's quite light. It's premium all right, and you shouldn't have any concerns about fingerprint smudges given how light it is. However, it doesn't lack a punch in its looks.

Earlier we had many speculations about additional iPhone 15 colors, like a maroon variant. Although Apple doesn't have an iPhone 15 maroon color option, its diverse color palette in past models suggests openness to expanding their color options, so do keep that in mind.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus in Blue

This year is the year of light iPhone 15 colors. Another great option if you're going for a lighter iPhone is the Blue color option. The color looks subdued but quite elegant and blends very nicely with the Apple logo and the frame of the phone, which is painted in a matching hue.

The shade isn't completely new for Apple, we've seen similar light blue shades from the company in previous years. However, that doesn't stop it from being gorgeous and fresh. In certain lighting conditions, this colors looks almost like white, so if you're looking for a white iPhone, it seems like this is the closest you get this year.

iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max colors

As for the Pro-branded iPhones, things are also looking different than what was expected earlier by leaks. Fans anticipating a red iPhone 15 Pro Max may need to adjust expectations, as Apple has opted for Natural Titanium over the previously rumored red hue.

Instead of red, the signature color of the iPhone 15 Pro this year is Blue Titanium. However, the new titanium build is actually quite exciting and thus makes the change in colors instantly less disappointing. Titanium also allows the frame of the phone to be polished to look quite stunning, giving the two models a look with a refined brush texture.

One important thing to mention: titanium acts a little differently when it comes to fingerprint smudges. We've found the titanium collects less fingerprint smudges than the stainless steel. Those are still somewhat visible on the darker models, but the lighter models don't attract any fingerprint smudges.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in Blue Titanium

What was expected earlier to be a red iPhone 15 Pro didn't happen, and instead, we're getting a very professional (but also trendy) dark blue option, which is dubbed Blue Titanium.

It's a pretty straightforward shade, looking quite polished, premium, and serious. It will be ideal for those of you who may be sick from the dark gray/black phones but still want your iPhone to look professional and business-like.

Keep in mind that although the titanium frame is less fingerprint-smudges-attracting than stainless steel, it will attract some.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in White Titanium

White Titanium is another color that looks somewhat familiar, at least on images. It pretty much resembles Silver, and we'll see how different the two are in real life at bit later. This light color is a standard for a Pro-branded iPhone. It's the lightest option this year for the Pros and may look almost like white under certain lighting conditions.

The White Titanium iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max will be ideal if you want your phone to look professional and serious, but still with a touch of color to it and you don't want too dark of a color. Also, you don't have to worry about fingerprint smudges on the frame on this one.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in Natural Titanium

Another shade that we've been used to from previous iPhones is getting replaced this year. What we're talking about is Gold, and this year, instead of Gold, we're getting Natural Titanium, which highlights the natural look of the Titanium that the iPhone 15 Pro's frame is made of.

This is a sophisticated dark gray color, quite darker than silver but lighter than Space Black of Graphite. Also, fingerprint smudges are hard to see here.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in Black Titanium

The iPhone 15 Pro also comes in Black Titanium, which is a dark titanium variant of Graphite. Honestly, the color looks very similar to Graphite and, to put it briefly, it's a dark grey (not quite black) shade. It's a look that's also standard for Apple.

The Black Titanium is ideal for people who want their iPhone to look ready for business, and people who generally dislike too much color on their phones. Despite it being quite a familiar shade, it looks polished and premium nonetheless. The story with the fingerprint smudges on the frame, though, is the same as Blue Titanium. It will attract some, but they are less than what we've seen with previous iPhones that sported a stainless steel frame.

Which iPhone 15 color is right for you?

All in all, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're a professional seeking the iPhone 15 Pro best color, the darker Pro models. The iPhone 15 Pro Max best color choices for a distinguished look include the sleek Blue, Natural, or Black Titanium options. On the other hand, if you're more into having fun and partying, one of the brigher-colored iPhone 15 colors will be great for you.

However, people rarely fit in one category. Choosing the iPhone 15 best color ultimately depends on personal preference, with options ranging from vibrant hues for a youthful look to professional-looking titanium finishes. Also keep in mind you're going to look at this phone multiple times a day, and you better love what you're seeing. Honestly though, whichever one you decide to go for, you won't be missing out on the premium looks and the exclusive new iPhone vibe.
