In fact, my daughter was born on Masters Sunday (the nurses joked that I should name the baby after the winner… it was Bubba Watson that year – haha). We served these same Masters Pimento Cheese Sandwiches at her 4th (FORE!) golf birthday party!

Masters Pimento Cheese Ingredients

  • Cheddar Cheese: I use a yellow sharp cheddar cheese, grated straight from the block. It has the best flavor!
  • Monterey Jack Cheese: You can stick to all cheddar cheese if you prefer, or add in some Monterey Jack for creaminess.
  • Cream Cheese: Softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • Pimentos: Be sure they are diced and drained. You can usually find them at the grocery store in 4 ounce jars, but feel free to add more in if you like!
  • Mayonnaise: Want that true Southern pimento cheese? Grab Duke’s brand mayonnaise!
  • Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper: Feel free to add more if you like a little heat! Or spice it up with jalapeños.
  • Salt & Pepper: To taste
