You will be provided with prepaid return packaging materials to allow for safely send your traded device to us. You must ensure that the device is provided to us within 14 days of receiving your New Refurbished Device. Failure to provide your Existing Device within this time period will mean that you will be required to return your New Refurbished Device to us or pay back the discount you received on your New Refurbished Device. Please ensure that you back up any photos, files and other data which you have stored on the Existing Device, and remove the sim card and memory cards before providing the Existing Device to us.
How Does Buy & Trade Work?
Buy & Trade allows you to trade in your current device to go against the cost of the device that you would like to buy. The model works in the same way as a part-ex car arrangement! We only charge you the difference in value between the device you would like to buy and the old device you are trading in.
Once you have placed your order, we will immediately send your new device! You will then have 14 days to ship your old traded device to our facility using our provided free postage pack. (We will ship you a free postage pack with your new device. The postage pack includes a free shipping label, packaging, and instructions to send your traded or old device to our facility for free. The 14 days allows you to transfer your data and ensures you're never without a phone, tablet, or watch!
If we don't receive your traded device within 14 days, we may block the new device you have ordered from us until we have completed on of the following:
We have received your traded deviceWe have recovered the value of your traded deviceYou have returned your ordered device, to cancel the transaction
Disclaimer: Some of the devices we sell will have a new screen fitted. New screens may not be manufacturer original, nevertheless the device will receive a new LCD with True Tone fitted.
