Pure Synergy Massage

First time coming here and I made an appointment to get a full set. The tech doing my nails was in a rush to get me done so that his next appointment could get started (she was sitting next to me waiting). Then they let the trainee do my French tips which didn’t turn out very neat…I nicely asked them to fix the tips and the nail shaping was sloppy. They “fixed” the tips which were STILL crooked and uneven. It was when I got to my car and in the natural light that I noticed they had cut me (unsanitary!!!) and I was bleeding a little bit so I went back inside. At this point I was pretty mad I let them know I wanted my money back. I have gotten my nails done for YEARS and I have never been cut by any tech in my life. The nail tech who did my nails and the receptionist let me know that if I didn’t want to pay that I could cut my nails off. I had to stand at the front desk and cut my nails off one by one. I had made another appointment to have them fixed but obviously, I WILL NEVER RETURN. This is what I get for trying to go to anyone other than my regular tech.

Honestly it was okay. The staff was super nice and fun to work with, and my nails look great. But the tech was taking my old acrylics off and using a nail tip to separate my natural nail from the acrylic (which already hurt like hell) and then they ended up somehow splitting my nail bed at the tip of my finger. It started bleeding and they just threw some glue on it and kept going. That should have been my first red flag. But I sat through it all and it ended up going fine. Until they snagged my cuticle with the rotary file. And that cut is still healing a week later. When they were finally done with my nails they looked great, super cute and I love the shape and length. But there was gel polish on the sides of my finger and it was slightly messy. Altogether the whole thing cost me $70. It was worth maybe $30. Although I love the way my nails turned out, the experience was not good. So I’m unsure if I’ll be back.

I’ve been here a handful of times before today and my service has always been good, when I went today the wait time was pretty long and people were going in front of me, I had to leave and come back. When I came back for my appointment the nail technician that did my nails would stop my service so that they can check their phone and text people back, they did this 8+ times which I thought was a little rude. When they asked me what I wanted I said “french tip” they went ahead and did white french tip, but I had a different color picked out, they also didn’t ask me what shape I wanted and just did square, and I always get coffin shape. The lady at the front desk was great and apologized for my wait and gave me a $5 off coupon.

Completely unprofessional and felt very unwelcome. I was talked about and laughed at between the employees while my pedicure was being painfully completely. You should ALL be aware we are equipped with smart phones that translate your bantering at our expense. We KNOW what you are saying and you should be ashamed! My nails were done without even asking my opinion on anything which were entirely too long for my liking and not the process of dip that I had asked for. My cubicles received very little attention and they looked days grown out before leaving. The manicurist was just as rude as the gentleman doing my pedicure. I’ve never received straight appalling service in all my years going to a salon. My toe is now infected. I will not recommend.

I love the ambiance at the Salon. My first time here and I was very impressed. Eric did my nails once when they were in the Mall. I moved to Houston last year and now residing back in Spfld I kept his card before they moved to their new spot (Bellagio). He was prompt and service was excellent. I would highly recommend them. Rose did my pedicure, she did exactly what I requested. Top notch, can’t wait to return!!!

This establishment was highly recommended by a few co workers. I reviewed their website, pricing and made an appointment. However, after receiving the services (that I loved) my total was double the price than what their website said. I called after leaving to inquire more about the cost and was treated very rudely. “I was told that I get what I pay for and that they have no control over their website pricing.” I will not be going back to this establishment for services!
